Craig is a highly experienced asset finance executive specialising in building asset finance businesses from the ground up into successful, multi- billion dollar enterprises.
With over 30 years in financial services, Craig was instrumental in creating and developing Capital Finance Australia Limited and Pepper Asset Finance into recognised, high performing and sustainable asset finance businesses. In addition to senior management responsibilities within both companies, Craig was a member of the Capital Finance Australia Limited Board and Pepper Group executive committee.
Craig is also a past Chairman of the Australian Equipment Lessors Association (AELA) and has represented the local industry as a guest of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA), in the USA.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Economics (Macquarie University) and is a Graduate of the INSEAD (France) Advanced Management Program.
Peter Haviland

Peter leads Technology & Operations at Angle Finance, with responsibility for optimizing capability across origination, credit, settlements and servicing to ensure superior customer experience and business performance.
With more than 25 years’ experience spanning financial services, management consulting, technology, and energy, Peter is an entrepreneurial executive and a leader of digital and cultural transformation, with demonstrable success forming and executing change programs to drive revenue growth, margin enhancement, and culture change.
Peter is also a passionate supporter of technology innovation and sits on the Board of a number of tech start-ups. For many years he served on the Board of Directors of The Open Group, one of the largest open standards bodies in the world, a reflection of his desire to advance the state-of-the-art and to help enterprises transform and grow.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honors) in the field of Aeronautical and Industrial Aerodynamics.

Craig is an experienced executive with a deep understanding of sales, risk management and funding, enjoying a career spanning over 25-years in Bank and non-Bank lenders operating in consumer, SME and corporate markets.
With a focus on asset finance, Craig has a detailed understanding of the requirements of equipment vendors and intermediaries and the specialist products that support their customer proposition.
Craig is an accredited equipment valuer and is currently the President of the American Society of Appraisers, Australia Chapter. Craig also holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance).
Sarah Whittle

Sarah is responsible for the development and delivery of the People strategy for Angle Finance, ensuring that the P&C frameworks, policies and programs deliver the capability and culture required to drive organisational performance and growth.
Sarah brings over 15 years experience across diverse industries including Finance, Insurance, Retail, Online Wagering and Energy. Sarah is passionate about creating purpose-led organisations that put people and customers at the centre of their strategy to drive growth.
Grant Howells
Chief Risk Officer
At Angle Finance, Grant is responsible for ensuring all regulatory, risk and compliance matters are well managed, supervising credit quality and collections behaviours, and driving portfolio analytic capability.
Grant is an experienced risk and finance professional who draws upon a diverse range of experiences gained in banking & financial services, corporate finance & restructuring and telecommunications gained at organisations including ANZ, AAPT, Nimble, Risk com and PwC.
Grant is passionate about successfully embedding enduring structural change and frameworks to deliver optimal, and commercially pragmatic, operational outcomes for the organisation, its staff, customers and key stakeholders.
Miles Reynolds
Chief Financial Officer
Miles was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2020 and is responsible for developing and driving the financial strategy of the company along with the day-to-day responsibility for managing and controlling all finance related activities.
Miles has been involved with the asset finance industry since 1998 having previously held senior finance roles in companies including Pepper Asset Finance, BOQ Finance and CIT Finance Group. He was hired by Pepper Money in 2013 to help establish the Pepper Asset Finance business where he provided strong financial leadership and management to ensure the profitable development and growth of the business. Miles commenced his career in the chartered accounting profession at BDO Australia.
Miles holds a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).
Debbie Long
Head of Treasury
Debbie was appointed Head of Treasury in December 2020 and is responsible for setting and executing business funding strategy including short-term warehouse funding, capital market transactions and portfolio hedging and managing investor and financier relationships.
Debbie is an experienced treasurer and securitisation professional with broad industry experience across capital markets and structured finance.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science – Mathematics degree from the University of Bath, UK and a PhD specialising in epidemiological modelling from the University of Cambridge, UK.
